About This Project

We always recommend to our customers to create a list of items which need to be done. This project was one of “the list” items.

It included the repair and painting of the living room ceiling, the kitchen ceiling, one hallway wall, a door, trim repair and painting, fix a bathroom ceiling fan, bathtub caulking, miscellaneous caulking throughout the house, replace the under door draft stopper on the entry door, install a sink, fix the balcony door and window in the family room, replace the panels and trim in the front of the house and paint.
